HUNDREDS of people received a greetings card designed by a Darlington schoolboy over Christmas.
Carl Hardman, 12, won a competition to create an official card for Haughton Community School.
The school had 300 cards printed featuring his colourful design, which were sent to friends, colleagues and school governors.
School spokeswoman Chris Bell said: "People were very impressed with the design.
"We liked the fact that it incorporated the school logo and the Darlington logo, but still had a Christmas theme."
