SOCCER hardman Neil "Razor" Ruddock was last night the third star to be evicted from the jungle in ITV's I'm A Celebrity - Get Me Out Of Here!
The viewers voted to boot out Neil, 35, after ten days in the Australian outback, leaving the remaining stars in the camp to battle it out to be crowned king or queen of the jungle. Former royal reporter Jennie Bond and Neil had the fewest votes.
Neil's departure shocked the other contestants because he had been one of the bookies' favourites at the start of the show.
He said he had agreed to appear on the show after his friend, cricketer Phil Tufnell, won the series last year.
But in recent days he had complained about the lack of food, especially when the camp was left with basic rations on Tuesday after Diane Modahl and Peter Andre failed a Bushtucker Trial.
He said: "I thought I was going to die. The hunger was the worst thing, eating just a mouthful of food a day. I haven't been myself."
Last night's eviction show was the first programme to go out with a timed delay to avoid a repeat of John Lydon's swearing outburst on Tuesday night, which led to more than 80 complaints.
