THE public are being warned not to approach a man who has gone missing from a psychiatric hospital.
Gabrielle Moses, 30, disappeared from a medium-security hospital near York at 4.30pm on Wednesday.
He is Afro-Caribbean, 5ft 7in, with short black hair.
He is softly spoken and was wearing a blue and red sweat top, black jeans and a blue baseball cap.
He has connections in the Hull area, and police said they were anxious to trace him.
A spokesman for North Yorkshire Police said: "Members of the public are advised not to approach him.
"Any sightings should be reported to the local police station, or the witness line on (01904) 669884."
