Strong winds and heavy underfoot conditions didn't help for fancy football.

The youngsters of Darlington GSOB fought back after going behind to a first half goal from Alex Middleton for visitors Chilton Comminity College, John Shields struck twice after the turnround and it looked like the three points were in the bag until Andy Russell hit a last kick equaliser.

Darlington Archdeacon kicked off with ten players on the field on their visit to Shildon Elm Road WMC and found themselves two down inside ten minutes, they didn't fair much better when at full strength as Elm Road still did most of the pressing with 'Deacon's keeper Michael Thraves having an outstanding game, goals either side of the interval virtually killed off the game although Thraves came to the rescue with a penalty save

Another keeper to save from the spot was Shaun Smith for Darlington The Mowden who overcame Darlington Skerne Park seven goals to one, Ritchie Dodsworth topped the scoring with a hat-trick, two went to Scott Hodgson, one for Adam Wilson and an own goal, Skerne Parks was also an own goal.

Darlington Dalesman picked up a good point when they held Hurworth Emerson Arms to a one-one draw, Shaun Evans was on target for Dalesman with Steven Stephenson replying for Emerson.

Darlington Travellers Rest's topsy turvy season continued when they took on Darlington Stadia and crashed 4-0. Two sides in the Durham Minor Cup didn't make the last four, Tindale WMC were leading at Winlaton through a Lee Foster goal but disaster struck ten minutes into the second half when keeper Stewart Whittaker was stretchered off with a suspected fracture, this meant a little re-organising but they never got flowing again and conceded two late goals

Stillington The Royal also bowed out but theirs was a different kind of disaster against Wheatley Hill with too many players under performing, passes going astray and missing the target when normally they would hit the back of the net. They finally went down 6-1, Paul Cleary scored their consolation.
