A NURSERY in Darlington is experiencing its own baby boom, because a quarter of its staff has fallen pregnant.
Five out of the 20 people who work full and part-time at the Kids and Co nursery, in Darlington Town Hall, are expecting babies in the near future.
Tammy Bayley, Michelle Porteus, Sandra Soulsby, Catherine Drew and Stacy Garrett are all proud to show off their bumps at the Darlington Borough Council-run nursery.
And eight months pregnant Barbara Lugsden, who works in the council's communications department, said she will be using the nursery herself later this year
