A PERCUSSIONIST is to treat youngsters she has taught to a performance.
Simone Rebello, who give s percussion masterclasses, will bring her Backbeat percussion group to perform four concerts to children from 12 primary schools in the Eston Education Action Zone area.
EAZ music co-ordinator Kel Dennis said: "This is a great opportunity for the children to see a live samba performance and the first time they'll have seen their teacher play in a concert setting."
