Former Darlington favourite Ray Yeoman has died at the age of 69.
Signed from Middlesbrough in 1965, Yeoman was part of the all-conquering Ron Greener team a year later, which gained promotion from the old Fourth Division.
In 1967 'Yogi' helped the club reach the League Cup quarter- final, before losing to Derby County, 5-4
Yeoman went on to manage Quakers, narrowly missing out on promotion in 1969.
