ARMED police have arrested two men over a drive-by shooting.
The men, both from Newcastle's West End, were last night still being questioned by detectives.
The arrests, on Thursday night and yesterday morning, followed a drive-by shooting in the Ryehill area of the city, that left a 39-year-old man with serious leg and chest injuries.
