A SIGNED Newcastle United football was raffled at a school Easter fair.
The event at Red Hall School, in Darlington, raised £97 for school funds from the football draw alone.
School charity fundraiser Rachel Hudson arranged for the signed ball from the club and school caretaker Kay Alderson drew the raffle.
The ball, signed by the whole Newcastle team, including Alan Shearer and Kieron Dyer, was won by Jason Leayroyed, six, from Class Two.
