A nurse accused of assaulting a patient in a North-East care home will stand trial later this year.
Elizabeth Nattrass, 60, of Myrtle Grove, Trimdon Village, County Durham, denies common assault on Gordon Wake last September in St John's nursing home, Hundens Lane, Darlington. Her trial will take place on August 18 at Newton Aycliffe Magistrates' Court.
