BARMAID Caroline Kinnear is hoping a dance version of a pop song will propel her to the top of the charts.
The 35-year-old from Easingwold, North Yorkshire, has just recorded her debut single with DJ Antoine, a new version of the Justin Hayward hit Forever Autumn, under the stage name Kirsty R.
Ms Kinnear, who has two children, aged 15 and six, has been singing for many years and has performed in many of the pubs and clubs in the region.
She said: "I always dreamed of releasing a single and am extremely proud of it.
"We hope to do well in the charts and to be able to record more songs."
The single is out now.
