A fabrications company gaining a growing reputation for working with artists has completed a work of art in steel at Gateshead's Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
The hospital's artist in residence, Neil Canavan, designed the steel gazebo and worked with the creative team at Aycliffe Fabrications, in Newton Aycliffe, County Durham, to produce his design.
Aycliffe Fabrications was established 23 years ago, and specialises in one-off fabrications in stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium.
