A TENANT from a housing association has won an award.
Endeavour Housing Association gave the Outstanding Tenant Award to Jane Marshall, 38, of Park Road North, Middlesbrough, in recognition of her effort and commitment to her property.
The award was presented for outstanding achievement in three specific areas, maintaining her tenancy, consistently paying rent without arrears and maintaining the accommodation to a good standard.
Steve Amos, Endeavour's supported housing manager, said: "Jane has made great progress over the six months or so she's been at Park Road North.
Jane said: "I did have some problems when I first arrived at Park Road North, but Endeavour helped me overcome them and I was delighted to get an award - the first I have ever had."
