A man has been warned he could be facing jail after admitting a string of child porn charges.
Iain Clarkson, 35, of Barningham Close, Sunderland, pleaded guilty to ten charges of making indecent photographs, one of distributing indecent photographs, one of attempting to distribute indecent photographs and one of possessing 1,776 indecent images of children during a hearing at Newcastle Crown Court yesterday.
Michael Robson, defending, requested that the case be adjourned for the preparation of reports. Clarkson was granted bail.
