PEOPLE thinking of returning to education are being invited to attend an open day.
The Foundation Programme, run by the University of Durham, Queen's Campus, in Stockton, offers a route into higher education for people who do not have the necessary qualifications.
An open day will be held tomorrow, between 1pm and 2.30pm at the university.
The programme is also holding a free event to give potential students a sample of life at the campus.
The Mature Students Summer Programme will offer people the chance to gain advice about funding, attend interactive workshops, meet current students and attend taster sessions.
The programme runs from July 5 to July 8, between 9.30am and 2.30pm.
