THE economy of the twin towns of Malton and Norton is in line for a boost as a result of plans to set up a town centre partnership.
More than 130 businesses have agreed to contribute about £20,000 to get the organisation off the ground in the New Year.
The move being backed by the towns' Chamber of Trade, Licensed Victurallers Association and the existing town centre management company, said Malton town councillor Jason Fitz-gerald-Smith.
