RESIDENTS are to be asked for their views on next year's council tax levels.
A questionnaire will be sent out with the next issue of Durham City News, the city council's newsletter.
Councillor Carol Woods, finance portfolio holder on the council, said: "We would like to know which services people feel are most and least important. We hope that everybody will take part."
