ENTRIES have been flooding in for a best new building competition in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
Experts will now draw up a shortlist of 12 buildings from the 60 nominations received.
Categories in the national park authority competition include best new house or extension, best conversion, best new non-residential building and best new agricultural building.
Cathy Bennett, from the national park, said: "We are really pleased that building design is obviously of such interest and importance to so many people."
The winner of each category will be revealed in January.
