LEAFLETS from Redcar and Cleveland Council are being distributed to 3,800 homes in Marske explaining the schedule for the £150,000 roadworks which begin this weekend.
McAlpine will carry out work on the Redcar Road roundabout from 5.30pm on Saturday until 6pm on Sunday, and restart on Monday, from 6pm until 10.30pm.
During the closures a diversion route will be in place along the Coast Road, Redcar Lane and the A174 Marske bypass.
The second phase - on the High Street to Churchill Drive - will start on Wednesday next week, lasting for six days.
Temporary traffic signals will be in place.
