FORMER Big Brother star Jonny Regan took a plunge for charity this weekend.
Scores of Sunderland AFC football fans joined the former firefighter from Peterlee, County Durham, and football club legend Kevin Ball, to abseil from the club's Stadium of Light.
Money raised from the event will be split between the Fire Services National Benevolent Fund and the SAFC Foundation, the club's educational charity group.
