A TELEVISION star from the region will take part in a televised tribute to Abba at the weekend.
Actor James Gaddas, who will contest the Stockton South seat for the Conservative Party at the next General Election, will perform Super Trouper with EastEnders star Lucy Benjamin.
The ITV programme, hosted by Chris Tarrant, will be screened on Saturday.
Mr Gaddas has raised £2,000 for the Butterwick Hospice and £1,000 for Thornaby Football Club under 14s from the show.
