AN exhibition of local art is offering people the chance to buy unusual Christmas presents this year.
Hartlepool Art Gallery is hosting two exhibitions, with more than 120 paintings by members of the local art club and a variety of gifts on offer. The gallery will also sell craft items in a separate exhibition, in which 12 craftspeople will sell ceramics, willow-work, scarves and jewellery.
The gallery, in Church Square, is open Tuesday to Saturday, from 10am to 5.30pm, and Sundays, from 2pm to 5pm.
