FINANCIAL advice firm Positive Solutions is opening its new flagship headquarters in Newcastle.
The company, which is the second largest independent financial advisor in the UK, will open the offices at Newburn Riverside in the city.
It is hoping to record a turnover of £36m by the end of the year, and a spokesman said the facilities at Riverside House would form an integral part of the company's business plan to increase technological developments in the workplace by creating paperless and wireless offices.
The offices, designed by Ryder HKS, include a training facility for 30 people and are able to accommodate a total of 40 staff.
The company opened its 12th regional office in London in April and webcams in the new headquarters will link to all of the firm's regional offices.
Chief executive David Harrison said: "Because we are a national company, we could be based anywhere in the UK, but the North-East is where our roots are.
"We have a very loyal and productive workforce here at our head office.
"Our new base will allow us to further boost productivity."
