DFDS Seaways has appointed CRISTIAN FELICETTI as commercial analyst at its headquarters in North Shields, North Tyneside.
Mr Felicetti, 34, of Low Fell, who is married with a four-month-old son, will monitor market and customer trends to address holidaymakers' needs.
He will also provide support to UK managing director John Crummie.
A history and politics graduate, Mr Felicetti joins DFDS Seaways from Sitel, in Four Lane Ends, where he was a business analyst. DFDS employs 126 staff in North Shields and operates a daily sailing to Amsterdam and a twice-weekly service to Scandinavia.
