POLICE are concerned for the welfare of a missing woman described as vulnerable.
Rachel Douglas, who was last seen in York on December 28, is white, 5ft 4in and thin, with light brown hair and a fair complexion.
The 24-year-old speaks with a Shropshire accent.
She was last seen wearing a pink jumper and jeans and could have been carrying a black holdall and a green hat.
