TOWN councillors in Kirkbymoorside are seeking ideas for £600 to be spent on an artistic venture.
The money is 50 per cent of the amount left from the former Ryedale Festival Society Arts Trust.
Suggestions include buying instruments for Kirkbymoorside Town Band or part-funding an event during this summer's Ryedale Festival. The council will decide next month.
Helmsley will receive the other £600.
