THERE is just one week left to voice opinions on NHS proposals to improve mental health services in the region.
Plans include building a mental health treatment centre in Hartlepool and two centres in Stockton.
The Tees and North East Yorkshire NHS Trust has received £8.4m from County Durham and Tees Valley Strategic Health Authority for the improvements.
