A MAN has appeared in court charged with burglary at the headquarters of Durham County Council.
Brian Wilson, 30, of Chapel Street, Willington, County Durham, is accused of stealing Calvin Klein aftershave worth £25 from County Hall, in Durham City, on January 18. He was arrested on February 9.
Magistrates sitting in Consett yesterday adjourned his case so he could consult his solicitor.
Part of his conditional bail means he cannot go within a three-mile radius of Durham City. He will next appear in court on Thursday.
