RESIDENTS of Sedgefield borough are being offered a chance to keep fit for free.
Sedgefield Borough Council's leisure services department is offering free exercise sessions at Ferryhill and Shildon leisure centres.
From Monday to Friday, March 4, a range of fitness classes will be held at both venues. For details, contact Ferryhill on (01740) 654123 or Shildon on (01388) 777340.
