POLICE are becoming concerned for the welfare of a man missing from Forest Hall, North Tyneside, since February 26.
Vladimir Buchell, 54, who speaks Russian but very little English, is believed to be suffering from depression.
He is about 6ft 2ins, slim, balding with short, grey hair and a bird tattoo on his left hand.
When he went missing he was wearing blue jeans, a black jumper, green T-shirt, grey trainers and a grey fleece top.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who knows anything about Mr Buchell's whereabouts.
He may have gone to visit members of the local Russian community.
