The Stockton office of North-East construction company Lovell has promoted DAVID McPARTLIN to the position of contracts manager and CHRIS PALLISTER to partnering manager.
Both have been with the company for four years and have experience in the construction industry.
As contracts manager, a major part of Mr McPartlin's work will be with the Sunderland Housing Group Partnering Project.
Mr Pallister will be working with new clients including Your Homes, Newcastle, which has chosen Lovell as one of its preferred contractors to refurbish its housing stock.
