Chef YON GRECH, left, has been appointed by PP Training to oversee one of its catering divisions.
Mr Grech, from South Shields, South Tyneside, will manage the catering at The Premier Business Centre, a conference and corporate training facility in Jarrow, also South Tyneside.
He has more than 20 years' experience in the food and drink industry.
