A NORTH-EAST doctor is taking on wrestling champion Hulk Hogan in a row over his pets.
Dr Paul Steele, originally from Wallsend, Tyneside, says Hogan is a neighbour from hell because of the menagerie of animals he keeps at his £5m Florida mansion.
Along with other residents in the Bellaire area, Dr Steele, a father-of-four, has complained that Hogan is breaking the town's code by keeping more than five animals.
Dr Steele said: "Everyone around here has simply had enough."
The wrestling star has more than 30 pets, including frogs and hens, but he has claimed he has been victimised because he is famous.
Police confirm there have been complaints and the local council confirmed Hogan and his wife have been clocking up fines at the rate of £50 a day for the past month for keeping so many animals.
The couple are considering an appeal.
