A CHARITY store celebrated the first year in their new premises yesterday.
Scope, the UK disability charity, moved into a store at The Cornmill Shopping Centre, in Darlington, in March last year.
Shop manager Linda Jenkinson said: "We have had a lot of new customers and a lot of interest.
"People have remarked on how well the shop is situated and laid out.
"I'd like to thank all my volunteers and the customers."
Mrs Jenkinson said the charity was looking for more volunteers, and anybody wanting to help can call into the shop.
