A SINGER whose ambition is to perform in front of a packed crowd at Wembley Arena has been chosen to become a Bluecoat.
David Ward, of Well Bank, Billy Row, Crook, is among 50 young people who have been chosen out of hundreds of hopefuls who auditioned for the roles.
The 20-year-old has attended the Bluecoat Academy for his first stage of training and is now working at Pontins Camber Sands Centre, near Rye, Sussex.
Ex-Bluecoats include Eastenders' Shane Ritchie, Coronation Street's Vicky Entwhistle and Lisa from Steps.
