AN exhibition to outline the help and information available to parents and carers of children with disabilities is to be held later this week.
The event, organised by the County Durham Children's Network, will be staged in County Hall, Durham City, on Thursday.
Workshops and discussions will take place throughout the day-long event, many focusing on the implications of the Children's Act 2004.
Voluntary organisations working with disabled youngsters will also outline their services and companies will be on hand to demonstrate the latest products, such as learning aids, toys and wheelchairs.
