A COMMUNITY and police group is hoping to attract new members when it relaunches itself at a meeting next week.
The Bedale Community Area Policing group is meeting at 7.30pm on April 13 at the town hall and as many local people as possible are being urged to attend.
They will hear about the new neighbourhood policing team which is shortly to start in the town and what they can expect from local police services in the future.
There will also be a feedback opportunity, when the public will be able to let the police authority know what they think of community safety and local policing issues.
