THE chief executive of a charity is in training for a 150-mile fundraising bike ride.
Victim Support North Yorkshire chief executive Steve Twynham will set off from Scarborough on June 24, riding though Helmsley, Northallerton, Richmond, Kettle-well, Skipton and Harrogate, and will finish outside York Crown Court.
He is aiming to raise awareness of the work carried out by Victim Support and raise funds.
The charity offers practical and emotional support following crime to thousands of people every year.
