THE following planning applications are to be discussed by Wear Valley District Council's development control committee on Thursday:
* The demolition of former farm buildings and dwellings to make way for 12 homes at Middle Musgrave Farm, Louisa Terrace, St Helen Auckland, have been recommended for approval.
* A proposal to build 12 detached homes with gardens and landscape an area west of Manor Road, Willington, for Yuill Homes, has been recommended for approval.
* Planning officers are recommending that amendments to a housing development at Burn View, Willington, for Persimmon Homes (Teesside) be approved.
*Plans for a dormer bungalow on land west of Escomb Road, Bishop Auckland, are being recommended for approval.
