Traffic lights will be in place in Mill Lane, in Skinningrove, for a week from today to allow workmen to carry out resurfacing.
Bus platforms will be installed along Brotton High Street and traffic signals might cause some disruption to road users. Also, cycleway crossings will be erected in Normanby and temporary lights will slow traffic around West Street in the village
