ANDREW McINTOSH has been appointed financial director of North-East housing company Frank Haslam Milan.
The 35-year-old has spent four years at Haslam Homes, which, like Sunderland-based FHM, is part of the Keepmont Group.
He was regional financial controller at Haslam, then operations manager for the construction and commercial departments.
His experience includes three and a half years in industry, with a firm of welding manufacturers and a spell with Ronson plc.
Mr McIntosh's duties at FHM will include budgeting to create jobs, and management meetings to assess the gap between present and future job numbers.
