NORTH-East based Oldfield's Restaurants has created two management positions following a review of the business.
PETER WOOD has joined the company in the role of operations manager. The 28-year-old, from Easington, County Durham, brings catering and hospitality experience. He was previously with Newcastle United's conference and banqueting team, and before that held management positions at Alpha Retail and pub group JD Wetherspoons.
ELIZABETH LEADBITTER, from Durham, has been promoted to assistant operations manager.
They will be responsible for the overall operational management of Oldfield's restaurants in Durham and Newcastle.
