MORE than 60 local artists put their work on display in Richmond this weekend.
The eleventh annual art exhibition opens in the Town Hall on Saturday with about 200 paintings to see until Monday. The customary preview is held on Friday, from 7-9pm, tickets £5, from the town hall, Roy Cross on (01748) 825668 or at the door.
Proceeds will be shared between the mayor's charities and the Friends of Richmond Friary Community Hospital.
Artist Gordon Maughan has donated a painting of Willance's Leap as a prize in the draw for the Friends of the Friary. It is on show in the window of Richmond Pharmacy in King's Street. Tickets available at the exhibition.
