VICTORIA DUNN has been appointed as manager of new client services at the Royal Bank of Scotland's commercial banking team in Newcastle.
She has worked for the bank for 15 years and will lead a team that will project manage the services required by businesses looking to switch their banking.
Kevin Tokell, director of commercial banking for the North-East area, said: "Victoria has extensive experience of handling the switching requirements of companies, but this is the first time that the bank in Newcastle has created a dedicated team to concentrate on this area."
