AN ethnic healthy living group in Darlington is forging new links in the community.
People from Peru, Bangladesh, India, Brazil and Malaysia meet Darlington Primary Care Trust's healthy lifestyle officer Ruth Brown every week at Thornton Street Baptist Church.
Exercise sessions are followed by advice on diet and cooking using healthy ingredients.
Miss Brown said: "The sessions are a great mix of cultures and recipes and everyone really enjoys sitting down and eating together."
