SIX mothers who completed a breastfeeding support programme have celebrated with a night out in Newton Aycliffe.
The six-week programme was open to mothers in Shildon and Newton Aycliffe West, who had previously breastfed.
A creche was provided and the mothers were supported by Judith Buist, SureStart midwifery co-ordinator for Sedgefield Primary Care Trust.
Now the six woman can support other new mothers.
