TTE Management and Technical Training has promoted Sara Marshall to business development manager.
The role makes her responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Teesside company, as well as winning new business.
The 32-year-old, from Scarborough, North Yorkshire, has been with TTE for more than six years, as a senior trainer then business unit leader, working with the oil, gas and process sectors.
Keith Hunter, TTE managing director, said: "A growing number of companies in Africa, Eastern Europe and the Middle East hold our NVQs in high regard and see them as respected internationally recognised qualifications.
"Sara's knowledge of the oil, gas and process industries will help attract more of these companies to TTE."
