A TEN-year-old girl suffered a broken leg after she was in collision with a car.
The accident happened at the junction of Normanby Road and Allandale Road in Normanby, Middlesbrough at 4.20pm on Tuesday.
The driver of a Fiat Punto is believed to have been travelling along Normanby Road towards Allandale Road when the girl stepped into the road.
The girl sustained a break to her right leg and was detained in hospital. The driver was not injured.
