CAN somebody please answer a straight-forward question: how come Hartlepool United, in a 19th century bog-standard sports ground, still play matches consistently throughout the winter, no matter what the weather without hardly ever the hint of a postponement – yet the Quakers, in a (supposedly) state of the art 21st century stadium cannot?
