Stockton Council considers 14 live planning applications

Here are a selection of recent live planning applications currently under consideration by Stockton Council:

  1. Manor Farm, Back Lane, Egglescliffe, TS16 9BY: Notification for agricultural building and creation of hard standing;
  2. 30 Trevine Gardens, Ingleby Barwick, TS17 5HD: Part-garage conversion;
  3. 43 The Avenue, Stockton, TS19 7EP: One-storey extension to the side and back, with the demolition of an existing garage and extension;
  4. 9 Burdon Garth, Ingleby Barwick, TS17 5AR: Certificate of lawfulness for one-storey back extension;
  5. 31 High Street, Stockton, TS18 1SB: Advertisement consent for one internally illuminated digital screen in a shopfront window;
  6. 2 Waterside, High Leven, TS15 9ZX: One-storey back extension;
  7. 9 Troon Close, Billingham, TS22 5RD: One-storey extension to the front with the demolition of an existing porch;
  8. 16 High Street, Stockton, TS18 1SP: Replacement of an external entrance door to the front, including listed building consent;
  9. 36 Birkdale Road Stockton-on-Tees TS18 5NA: Two-storey side extension and a one-storey back and front extension;
  10. 40 Yarm Lane, Stockton, TS18 1ES: Division of one unit into two units including the installation of a new shop front;
  11. 3 Rimswell Parade, Stockton, TS19 7LB: New shop front;
  12. 3 Ashville Avenue, Norton, TS20 1PS: One-storey back extension;
  13. 41 Hampden Way, Thornaby, TS17 9NA: One-storey back extension;
  14. 10 Cook Way, High Leven, TS15 9ZQ: Retrospective application for the change of use of a back garden outbuilding to a hair salon.
